Connecticut Quality Improvement Award Partnership (CQIA)
Trident's Ink Department has twice received the Gold Connecticut Innovation Prize given by the Connecticut Quality Improvement Award (CQIA) Partnership.

The CQIA has been the State's annual quality award since 1987, recognizing Connecticut manufacturing and service companies that excel in managing quality improvement for business success and growth.

CQIA uses the current Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria for Performance Excellence and is America's first and oldest statewide quality award.
