Juan Lopez
General Manager

Juan worked for Trident early in his career ... back when Trident was part of Dataproducts.  Juan then worked his way through various management positions at Diagraph, An ITW Company, to the role of General Manager.  Juan became General Manager of Trident Industrial Inkjet, An ITW Company, in 2004 and has helped Trident streamline manufacturing, launch new products and improve operating efficiencies.


 

Steve Liker
Engineering Manager &
Business Development Manager - New Applications

Steve is one of Trident's most experienced employees with over 28 years experience in the development and marketing of Piezoelectric Ink Jet for industrial applications.  Steve joined Trident early in his career and has served as Product Manager, Application Engineering Manager and many other roles prior to his current position. 

Mr. Liker holds five patents in ink jet technology. He has a B.S. degree in Physics from Upsala College in New Jersey, U S A..

Luigi Cazzaniga
Industrial Business Manager - Sales & Operations

Luigi brings a doctorate in chemistry along with years of business experience at Dow Chemical to Trident's management team.  Luigi joined Trident in January 2005 and now manages manufacturing as well as customer service and marketing for core applications.  Core applications include document processing, carton coding, package marking and more.

Previous positions included Polymer science R&D and Technology Licensing experience at Union Carbide, Product and Marketing Manager for surfactants business at the Dow Chemical Corporation.  Luigi has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, an MBA from Wharton School of Business (UPenn) and a Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from MIT.

Des O'Neill
European Business Development Manager

Based in Dublin, Ireland, Des brings a background in inkjet technology and customer account management to Trident's management team. Des has over 25 years experience in the printing industry, having worked previously with Dataproducts. 

Des has worked in many roles from technician, to Quality Engineering, Product Engineering, Program Management, Product technology transfers through to customer account management..  In addition, Mr. O'Neill has earned his degree in Electronics from DIT, Dublin.

  

Kay Chino
Asia Sr. Business Development Manager

Based in Tokyo, Japan, Kay brings a background in inkjet technology and customer account management to Trident's management team.  Kay's experience in business development includes 15 years with a publicly listed Japanese company, global marketing responsibilities for import and export business for many years.

In addition, Kay Chino lived in the USA for 13 years related to a marketing assignment for CAD and pen plotters.  Mr. Chino also has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Hamdy Elwakil
Manager - Ink Chemistry

Hamdy brings a background in inkjet technology and chemistry to Trident's management team.  In addition, Hamdy has over 40 patents and patent applications.

Hamdy has a Ph.D. degree in Surface Chemistry.

Eric Schonenberg
Application Engineering

Eric brings a background in customer support and application engineering with high technology industrial products to Trident's management team.  In addition, Mr. Schonenberg brings over 20 years worth of experience working with customers around the world and across many cultures.

Eric has a Bachelor of Science - Mechanical Engineering degree from Purdue University and continues to take courses in Electrical Engineering Technology to expand his knowledge base. 

 
Mary Hendrix
Human Resources

Mary brings an array of "people skills" and organizational talents to Trident's management team.  In addition, Mary is the focal point for recruitment, benefits, community involvement activities and more.  Mary's studies have included Sociology and Psychology at Western CT State University.
